The full assessment or session fee is due at the time of service. You are encouraged to reach out to your insurance provider as many policies through an insurance provider include “out-of-network” benefits for mental health. We can provide you with a statement that can be used to file for reimbursement through your insurance provider or to go toward any deductibles.
*Evaluations paid for by an insurance provider tend to be less confidential as insurance generally requests the right to diagnosis and other potentially private information. Self-pay offers an extra level of privacy that allows you to share your results only with who you choose.
*Historically, learning disability evaluations or assessments are generally not covered through insurance policies.
